Let it be known that I have WAY more favorite books. 😛
The questions…
01. If you were forced to live in a book world, which would you live in?
Either Narnia or the world in The Weaver Trilogy by Lindsay A. Franklin.
02. What is one scene from a book that stuck with you? (We don’t have to get it, just say it!)
I think there were a lot of scenes in the Out of Time series by Nadine Brandes that I just wanted to hug or underline. I don’t think I could pinpoint only one scene though.
03. What is one imaginary object that you wish was real?
The first thing that came to mind was the iconic sword in The Lion, The Witch, & The Wardrobe. Of course, the prop sword is real. But it would be awesome if it actually was real (and all of Narnia for that matter).
04. What cover of a book do you like best?
This is extremely hard. XD There are so many I like…The Story Hunter by Lindsay A. Franklin, Dust by Kara Swanson, Fawkes by Nadine Brandes, Mortal Sight by Sandra Rhoads, The Memory Thief by Lauren Mansy, Water Princess/Fire Prince by Kendra E. Ardnek, Emberhawk by Jamie Foley and I better stop there before I keep going into eternity. 😉
05. What book character do you relate most to?
I think I’d say Parvin Blackwater from the Out of Time series by Nadine Brandes.
06. Which book villain do you hate most?
Not a bookish villain, but Thanos. *angry face* He has caused me much pain.
07. What is one book you can’t stand or can’t get into?
I can’t think of a specific book, but I have a hard time getting into contemporary books a lot of the time. Not my fave genre.
08. What is one book character quote?
Now this makes me want to be a person that saves quotes…
Because I don’t.
*sighs* No, I don’t have a quote to give off the top of my head, but I know there were so many parts in the Out of Time series that were very quotable. Also in Dust by Kara Swanson too.
09. Have you read any of my favorites? XD
I don’t know, what are your favorite? 😉
10. What is your favorite nonfiction book?
Oh, this is easy. The Bible! 😀
I’m nominating…
Your questions…
01. What would your dream library look like?
02. What three authors would you want to collaborate on a book?
03. What author would you want to meet in person?
04. What’s your favorite book in a genre you don’t usually read in/
05. What’s your favorite book to movie adaptation?
06. Hardcover or paperback?
07. Matte or glossy paperbacks?
08. What’s your favorite indie book?
09. What genre will you never read from?
10. Who’s your all-time top favorite fictional character?
