Returning again from a long grueling adventure through the Blog Jungle, Jenna Terese emerges from the thick underbrush, revealing her newest treasure. It’s…it’s…it’s another Liebster Award for her collection!

01. Are you an evil author? Do you make your characters suffer?

*evil laugh*

No, really. I’m probably a bit nicer than a lot of writers/authors, but as I get further and further along into developing a plot for a story, I just heap more and more suffering on my poor babies.

 

02. What is the worst piece of advice you’ve ever received?

“Follow your heart.” As a sinful human being, I’d rather follow God’s heart, who I know will always lead me in the right direction.

 

03. If you had to choose between having hair for nails and nails for hair, which would it be?

Oh, wow…those are some weird images in my mind.

I guess hair for nails, since that’s less noticeable and easier to hide. I guess.

 

04. Do you like to write with something to eat or drink? If ya do, what would that be?

I prefer to have a drink close by. More than likely, it’s just my big bottle of water. But sometimes I’ll make some tea too.

 

05. Do you ever tire of life and want to simply lie in bed all day?

Not really. I really enjoy life and the routine of it (and even the crazy stuff sometimes). Don’t get me wrong; there have been days that I just wanted to stay in bed an extra few hours, but never for the whole day.

 

06. What is your earliest memory? (yes, I’m making you…)

I do pretty vividly remember drawing a lot of bubbles as a three year old. 🙂

 

07. Pumpkin pie or apple pie?

PUMPKIN PIE! I only get it once a year at Thanksgiving, and it’s always my favorite dessert.

 

08. Why is it that all the characters of other author’s books I’ve met always tell of how their authors make them go through terrible life situations?

They are poor, suffering human beans that just need to tell someone their life woes. But hey. It makes the book more interesting. 😛

 

09. If you could say anything for the whole world to hear for one minute, what would it be?

At first I thought this was a super hard question. But honestly, what does the world need? “Seek Jesus!”

 

10. Plants, games, or paint?

I like painting (watercolor specifically). 🙂

 

11. What is the first story you’ve ever written?

A little book about this family of talking bees, more specifically two of the siblings, Ashley and Josh. It’s pretty cute (if I do say so myself).
