Ever wish you could escape to your dream destination, with nothing to do but to create?
I have. Many times. It’s my dream to have a quiet, little writing retreat in a cabin in the woods and mountains somewhere. It would be so peaceful. No pressure. I would write at my own pace.
Everyone has their dream vacation destination and all that. But do you have a dream writing vacation? I do, and that’s what I’m going to share with you today. 🙂
Here are some collages I made about my dream writing retreat…
The setting
tall pines//majestic mountains//trickling stream//singing birds//cool breeze

strong log cabin//small & cozy//nestled in the trees

smells of wood, ink & coffee//lots of windows//crackling fire//books
And that’s pretty much it! I gotta admit, it was even peaceful and calming for me to put this together. I want to make this dream retreat come true some day! That would be awesome! 😀

Love this post and love your dream writing spot! I think I would be right there with ya! Except I am afraid I would end up getting distracted and want to go explore and enjoy the nature around me rather then actually sitting and writing. 😉
