Now you have no excuse to not be exercising.
You’re welcome.
Exercising is only a part of a writer’s self-care routine, but it has so many benefits. Besides getting your blood pumping and staying fit, exercises and stretching can help reduce the pain that comes with working at a desk for long hours.
Today I’m going to show you some great exercises and stretches that you can easily implement into your daily routine.

You may or may not liking exercising, but I promise that it’s necessary for your health. And it doesn’t have to be complicated or long! Something as short and easy as the routines I’m about to show you are more than sufficient if done on a regular basis. 🙂
