Mystery Blogger Award no. 4

During quarantine, tags are a fun thing to have.

It’s great that we can stay connected during social distancing and quarantine, and tags are a super fun way to do that! I was tagged by Ribbon Ash @Virtual Paper for my fourth Mystery Blogger Award!

The rules…

  • Put the award logo/image on your blog. (see above ^)
  • Thank whoever nominated you and provide a link to their blog. (Thank you, Ribbon Ash! <3)
  • Mention the creator of the award and provide a link as well. (this was created by Okoto Enigmas)
  • Answer the five questions you were asked.
  • Nominate ten – twenty people.
  • Notify your nominees by commenting on their blogs/linking to their most recent posts.
  • Ask your nominees any five questions of your choice with one weird or funny question.
  • Share a link to your best post(s).

The questions…

01. What book do you think held the best mystery? (doesn’t have to be a mystery book and it has to be one that you have read)

Sherlock Holmes!! I don’t often read mystery novels, but these books will always be some of my favorites.

02. What is your favorite genre to read in the most?

Funny thing: I used to ONLY read historical fiction. Then, a couple years ago, I swung to the other extreme and only read speculative fiction. XD I love sci-fi!

03. How do you feel about rain?

I. LOVE. IT. It just makes this cozy, creative vibe and I love the sound of it. Add some thunder and you’ve got a perfect noise to sleep to. 🙂

04. What movie was really inspiring?

Secretariat is my favorite horse movie and I think it’s super inspiring. <3 And also the new-ish movie Overcomer. So. Good.

05. What would you do if you woke up as a vampire?

Go back to sleep because it’s GOT to be a dream…

I’m tagging…

YOU THERE READING THIS! 😉 Consider yourself tagged.

Your questions…

01. What’s your favorite thing to do when you’re bored?

02. What’s your favorite kind of book to read?

03. When do you feel most creative?

04. What’s a big thing on your bucket list?

05. Are ukuleles just mini guitars??? (the answer to this will decide our friendship 😉 )

Enjoy!

I hope you all enjoyed yet another Mystery Blogger Award! If you want, you can check out my last award post here

Stay safe and wash your hands! 🙂

I’ve read them all (meaning all four novels and 56 short stories) and I definitely have non favorites. XD
But favorites hmm. My favorite novels are definitely Hound of Baskervilles, and Valley of Fear.
        You? (:

That’s understandable; it’s hard to pick a favorite. 😉 I’ve always really liked the Hound of Baskervilles too.

And YES Overcomer… third hardest I’ve ever cried in a movie 😆😍
Nope, ukuleles are definitely not just mini guitars, as I found when I started learning guitar and discovered that all the chords I knew didn’t work anymore 😝

yesss, rain is so aesthetic and cozy!! i just don’t like going out in the rain, because it gets extremely cold where i live during rainy weather. 😅 i loved reading this and definitely agree that tags & awards are great post ideas for right now!! 💖

Overcomer is SUCH a good, beautiful, heartbreaking movie. My dad hates crying and letting his emotions get the better of him, and he left the room during the scene when Hannah and her dad hugged after she received her medal. My mom was crying and I was tearing up super bad. :’)

Secretariat!! Yes! I love that movie. Do you have a favorite racehorse? My favorite is Man o’ War. 🙂

Cool! Secretariat is my favorite. 😉
